You may be asked to take surveys which include product testing. The most common products members are asked to test include scrubs and general medical equipment.

Each time you complete a survey, your reward is automatically and immediately added to your account.

Each time you reach $10 – or more – in rewards, you can exchange them for an Amazon gift code of the same value, which you will receive by email. For other rewards, such as sweepstakes prizes, you will be notified, and instructions for redeeming will be provided.

Because you earn a reward for every survey you take – whether you qualify for it or not – there is no limit to how many you can get. Plus you can earn rewards for other activities you do on Medical Decision Makers! Some rewards are monetary and others are sweepstakes entries. To update your demographic profiles like household, family size, automobiles, etc.: From the top navigation of any page, click Earn & Redeem and then Complete Profiles.
